"Boys Club" Charged In Sex Discrimination Suit Against Eaton Corp.

Alleging a "boys club" and a "culture of gender hostility" in a glass ceiling gender discrimination lawsuit two women sales engineers have filed a class action lawsuit in federal court in New York City.  Amy Gaitane and Mahasti Koosha claim that they were better qualified yet were passed over for promotion repeatedly for sales department promotions; Eaton's general sales department is all-male, according to the lawsuit.  The case is Gaitane v. Eaton Corp.
