Class Action Sex Discrimination Suit Against Ruth's Chris's Steakhouse

A sex discrimination lawsuit against Ruth's Chris's Steakhouse by four employees in the Washington, DC area will go forward as a class action, a federal district judge has ruled.  The four women, who had jobs ranging from bartender to national sales manager, claim that the workplace was full of sexual innuendo, physical groping, retaliation and that they and other women were discriminated against in pay and promotions.
