Female Police Lieutenant Files Sex Discrimination Lawsuit

A female police lieutenant for the City of Glendale, California has filed a sex discrimination lawsuit claiming that she has endured years of on-th-job discrimination and harassment.  Lt. Susan Hayn, a 21 year veteran of the police force, cites as instances of discrimination and harassment the repeated denial of her transfer requests and allegations that her participation in an affair led to a promotion.
