Indiana Lottery Settles Race Discrimination Suit For $2.8 Million

Eight fired black employees have settled their race discrimination lawsuit for $2.8 million reports the Indianapolis Star, "Hoosier Lottery To Pay $2.8 Million In Bias Suit."  The fired employees will receive varying amounts to compensate them for lost wages and other damages; the average settlement is $238,585.31 per person.
