Mexican Discrimination Suit Against Wal-Mart Settled for $440,000

A national origin discrimination suit on behalf of Mexican employees against Wal-Mart has been settled for $440,000.  The suit claimed that employees of Mexican descent were subjected to a hostile work enviornment and ethnic harassment based on their national origin.
