Nationwide Age Discrimination Suit Against AT & T Settled

Older workers applying for employment with AT & T will benefit from settlement of an age discrimination case.  The suit claimed that AT & T had policies blocking it from considering the employment applications of older workers who had previously retired from AT & T or its former subsidiary, SBC Communications.
