Pension Calculation Change Target Of Class Action Lawsuit -- Kentucky Employee Benefits Lawyer

A change in the pension calculation formula used by Delta Airlines has provoked a class action lawsuit by a thirty year employee.  The change regarded the Social Security benefits offset for pension benefits.  The suit claims tha the reduction violates the "anti-cutback" provisions of the federal pension law, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
