Police Officers Win Race Discrimination Suit

Police officers have won a race discrimination suit against the town of Greenwich, Connecticut.  Minority police officers claimed that the town's police department allowed and tolerated a work environment hostile to minority officers and failed to offer them opportunities for promotion and higher-paying assignments.

Robert L. Abell, a lawyer in Lexington, Kentucky, represents individuals in hostile work environment and discrimination cases.
