Race Discrimination Class Action Against Wal-Mart Settled - Kentucky Employment Lawyer

A class action race discrimination lawsuit brought by truckdrivers has been settled for $17.5 million.  A federal judge approved the settlement on behalf of black truck drivers who applied to drive for Wal-Mart between 2001 and 2008 and were turned away.
