Racial Harassment Suit Against Bahama Breeze Restaurant Settles for $1.26 Million

The use of racial slurs, management's mimicking of black employees and management's denial of breaks to black employees resulted in a lawsuit against the restaurant chain of Bahama Breeze that has settled for $1.26 million. 

The lawsuit, which was brought on behalf of 37 employees, claimed that the restaurant's management repeatedly subjected the black employees to this type of unlawful treatment.
