Senate Should Pass Paycheck Fairness Act

Although the Census Bureau recently released data showing that American women earn about 77% as much as men, the Senate is doing nothing and the time to pass the bill is now argues the New York Times, "Shortchanging America's Women."  The bill would make some small but important changes that would increase fairness and equity in the workplace: equal pay for equal work.  Unbelievably, no Republican Senator supports the bill.
