Sex Discrimination Suit by Female Sales Reps Against Sanofi Settled for $15 Million

A sex discrimination suit regarding pay and promotions by female sales reps against Sanofit has been settled for $15.3 million.  The settlement also requires the drug maker to improve its policies on pay and promotions and to mitigate pay disparities where they exist.
