Sex Discrimination Suit Settled Against Temp Agency for $250,000 -- Lexington Discrimination Lawyer

A sex discrimination lawsuit against a temp agency has been settled for $250,000.  The lawsuit charged that the temp agency, Preferred Labor LLC, charging that a temp agency followed illegal customer requests for male-only workers and retaliatated against one woman that complained.

Federal and Kentucky anti-discrimination laws prohibit discrimination between male and female employees in the terms, conditions and opportunities of employment.
