Sex Discrimination Suits Against Walmart Continue

Sex discrimination suits continue to be filed against Walmart, notwithstanding the Supreme Court's decision in June blocking a nation-wide class action.  A recently-filed sex discrimination suit filed in California seeks class action status on behalf of approximately 90,000 women employed by Walmart in California and surrounding states.
