Unfair Assignments, Harassment & Retaliation Lead to $1 Million Race Discrimination Settlement

A pattern of unfair work assignments, a racially hostile work environment and retaliation directed at African-American workers gave rise to and led to a $1 million settlement in a race discrimination case in Rochester, New York.  The case was brought by the EEOC against the Elmer Davis Company.
