University Hospital Doctor Files Discrimination and Defamation Suit

A radiologist, Dr. Malik Juweid, a native of Jordan and naturalized U.S. citizen, at University of Iowa hospital has filed suit stating discrimination and defamation claims.  Dr. Juweid claims that university hospital officials labeled him an "academic terrorist" and made it impossible for him to find a job elsewhere after he began raising concerns about the use of  certain brain scans on children.
