USERRA Suit Settled By Reservist

USERRA, the Uniformed Service Employment and Re-Employment Act of 1994, makes in unlawful to discharge an employee based on their military service obligations. A Lawton, Oklahoma Army Reservist, David Ellis, has settled his USERRA suit against Goodyear Tire and received the back paid due him reports The Oklahoman, "Goodyear, Soldier Settle Job Lawsuit."
