Yes.  Both federal and Kentucky state law prohibit racial harassment on the job that rises to the level of a hostile work environment. 

A couple of points to keep in mind.  First, the harassment must be based on and arise from race, which means that you have to be able to prove that the harassment is because of a person's race.  Second, a hostile work environment has a particular legal meaning and standard. Not just any kind of hostile work environment is enough.
