First Level managers of AT & T had their class action for unpaid overtime compensation move forward as a federal district court in Georgia officially certified the case as a class action.  The managers claim that they were misclassified as exempt from overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The ruling applies to First Levels that worked for AT & T in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina, Louisiana, South Carolina and Kentucky.
